Moni's Munchies operates as a Michigan Cottage Food Operation under Public Act 188 of 2000, as amended (MCL 289.5151 et seq.). Under this law we are permitted to produce and sell certain shelf-stable baked goods from our home kitchen directly to consumers without a state food establishment license.
All products are labeled in accordance with Michigan Cottage Food Law labeling requirements, including product name, ingredients, allergen information, net weight, and the required cottage food statement. For more information visit the Michigan MDARD Cottage Food Law page ↗.
All Moni's Munchies products are produced in a home kitchen that regularly handles wheat, eggs, dairy (milk/butter), soy, and tree nuts (walnuts). Cross-contact is possible even in products that do not list these as direct ingredients.
If you have a severe food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your needs. We want baked goods to bring you joy, not a trip to the doctor.

All sales are final. As a cottage food operation producing perishable baked goods made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and a deposit received. If there is a quality issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will make it right.
Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of ingredient unavailability or scheduling conflicts. In such cases any deposit received will be returned in full.
Orders not picked up within the agreed pickup window without prior notice may be forfeited. Please communicate any changes as early as possible — we bake fresh and timing matters!
A deposit is required at the time of order to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is determined by order total. The remaining balance is due at pickup. We currently accept payment via CashApp, Venmo, and card (Stripe).
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of order cancellation initiated by Moni's Munchies. If you need to cancel your order more than 48 hours before your pickup date, please contact us and we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Michigan Cottage Food Law requires that all sales be made directly from the producer to the consumer. We do not sell wholesale, to restaurants, or to any third-party retailers. All transactions occur at farmers markets, local events, or directly with the customer at pickup.
Moni's Munchies does not ship products at this time. All orders are pickup only in the Port Huron, MI area unless purchased at an event.
