📋 Placing an Order

Head to our Order page, fill out the form with your contact info, what you'd like, the quantity, and your preferred pickup date. Once you submit, you'll be directed to pay a small deposit via Stripe to confirm the order. We'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm the details.
We ask for at least 3–5 days notice for most orders. For large orders (multiple dozens), heavily customized items, or event orders, 7–10 days is preferred so we have plenty of time to plan and bake. Rush orders (1–2 days) may be possible depending on our schedule — just reach out and ask!
Yes! You're welcome to reach out via our Facebook page to start a conversation. However, all official orders are confirmed through this website's order form and deposit system to make sure everything is locked in properly.
There's no strict minimum, but most products are sold by the dozen (cookies/brownies) or 6-pack (muffins). Dry mixes and kits are sold individually. We recommend ordering at least one dozen to make the most of your order.

💳 Deposits & Payments

A deposit is a partial payment that locks in your order. Our deposit scale is:

Orders under $20 — $5 flat deposit
Orders $20–$50 — $10 flat deposit
Orders over $50 — 50% of the estimated total

The remaining balance is collected at pickup.
You can pay your deposit three ways at checkout:

💳 Card (Stripe) — Pay instantly and securely online. Your order is confirmed the moment payment clears.
💚 CashApp — Choose CashApp at checkout. After submitting your order, send the deposit to our $cashtag shown on the confirmation page.
💙 Venmo — Choose Venmo at checkout. After submitting your order, send the deposit to our Venmo username shown on the confirmation page.

Important for CashApp & Venmo: Your deposit must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order or your order will be automatically canceled.
The remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and card at pickup. We'll remind you of the exact total when we confirm your order.
Absolutely. Stripe is used by millions of businesses worldwide and is one of the most trusted payment processors available. Your card information is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your payment details on our end.
Deposits are refundable if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice before your scheduled pickup date. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable because we will have already begun baking your order. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.

📍 Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is in Port Huron, MI. The exact address will be shared in your order confirmation email once your deposit is received. We also sell directly at local farmers markets — follow our Facebook page for market schedules!
We don't currently offer standard delivery service. Pickup is required for all orders. For large event orders, local drop-off may be possible on a case-by-case basis — please reach out to discuss.
We post our market schedule on our Facebook page. Follow us there to get the latest on where we'll be set up. Port Huron Farmers Market and local community events are our primary spots.

🍪 Products & Customization

Absolutely! Use the "Special Requests" field on the order form to describe what you're looking for. We'll do our best to accommodate flavor tweaks, custom mix-ins, or special themes. Some requests may require a custom quote.
We're happy to try! Please include your dietary needs in the special requests field and we'll let you know what's possible. Note that our kitchen processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens — we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
We do take private custom orders for adult-themed baked goods for appropriate events (bachelorette parties, etc.). These are not publicly listed — please reach out via our contact form or Facebook message to inquire about custom requests.
Our cookies and brownies stay fresh at room temperature for 5–7 days when stored in an airtight container. Muffins are best within 3–4 days. Dry mixes have a shelf life of several months when stored in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, most items freeze well!

📋 Cottage Food & Legal

Michigan's Cottage Food Law allows individuals to produce and sell certain types of non-hazardous food items made in their home kitchen without requiring a commercial kitchen license. Products must be shelf-stable (no refrigeration required), properly labeled, and sold direct-to-consumer. Moni's Munchies operates in full compliance with this law.
Yes! We love working on large orders for events, parties, corporate gifting, or school functions. Please reach out via the contact form or Facebook with details about your event and we'll put together a custom quote.
